GALLERY RENTAL Monsoon Gallery, located in Southside Bethlehem’s arts district, is the perfect spot to have your next event. With over 2500 square feet, our space is perfect for smaller gatherings of up to 150 people and can easily accommodate a buffet or reception style event. In addition to our gallery sponsored artist receptions, we have had cocktail parties, bridal showers, and many more events at the gallery. The gallery is available for private and corporate rental after 6pm on Monday through Saturday, except the First Friday of each month, and Sundays after 12pm. All events must be finished by midnight, including clean up. Monsoon does not offer event planning services and the gallery must remain intact during the event. Parking: Parking is available along 3rd Street, as well as a parking lot directly across the street from the gallery. Alcohol & Food Policy Alcohol may be served at Monsoon Gallery. Should the staff of Monsoon deem it necessary, we reserve the right to close the bar in order to protect the gallery, artwork, and safety of the guests. Bartenders must obey all laws pertaining to the serving of alcohol. Catering is at the discretion of the host, but must be approved by Monsoon. *A copy of the rules and regulations will be presented and must be signed by the party host at the time of gallery reservation. Failure to comply with any rules will result in fines to be assessed after the party. Party & Event Pricing • $100/hr for all rentals • $20/hr staffing fee for all rentals • All rentals must include a paid 1 hour set up and 1 hour takedown for the event Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee is due. Remaining balance is due the day of the event. Staffing fee is due the day of the event and is payable directly to individual gallery attendants. Available Equipment • Two 4’ rectangular tables • Microwave • Mini fridge • 1 bathroom available to guests • Preparation area available to caterers • Gallery wide stereo system In addition to the equipment we have available, other supplies and equipment, including chairs, tables, complete table service, linens, etc. are available for rent through Monsoon.
