That's why we offer our corporate clients the option of renting artwork through customized rental programs. The benefit in renting is that it enables our clients to beautify their spaces through structured monthly payment plans. Leaving that much needed cash available for bringing in more customers! The best part is that fine art rentals can be deducted as part of your organization's operating expenses. Standard Renting Options: 
*Costs listed on a per month basis How does fine art rental work? When renting fine art, your organization agrees to comply with the payment schedule of its choice. If at the end of the renting schedule, your organization would like to buy the work outright, then 50% of its accrued renting fees will go towards the overall purchase price of the work. 1. Our art consultants will meet with you and learn about your organization and its needs. 2. We will help you select the work that is most expressive of your organization and its clients. 3. Monsoon will deliver the work to your space and even help you with its installation. 4. Enjoy your fine art! When it's time to end your renting schedule, we'll come to you and pick up the work.
