Ranjeet S. Pawar

Biography | Portfolio

Monsoon's very own Artist and Art Director, Ranjeet Pawar is sure to challenge your visual perception with his photographic surrealism of nature's hidden beauty.

Having graduated from Babson College with a BS in Entrepreneurship, Ranjeet looked to photography as nothing more than a hobby. However his many travels and genuine interest in the world's cultures changed his focus in life from the art of business to the business of art. Ranjeet feels that there are so many beautiful things in this world, and he wants to take each and every one of them home with him. Stopping time and capturing the beauty through the lens is the only way he can do that. Whether bicycling through Europe, backpacking in Australia, or driving through India, Ranjeet finds himself stopping time every chance he can get.

His art has been shown across the country, including Dallas, Las Vegas, New Orleans, and New York. In May 2003, Ranjeet opened Monsoon and entered the art world by storm. Monsoon's focus is on work from artists known the world over. His goal is to broaden Bethlehem's concept of the world through art and culture.

Ranjeet is actively involved in many programs in the Bethlehem art community. His efforts have been recognized by many of the area's fine art institutions, including the Banana Factory, the Lehigh Valley Arts Council, the Valley Arts Program, and the Southside Film Festival.
